IO Solutions began providing CCE with software solutions in 2004. The first was our HYPERTrack Learning Mangement System. HYPERTrack is an enterprise class learning management system that is SCORM 1.2 compliant. The system that they had been using was difficult to use and had problems generating the kind of activity reports they needed.

Additional software that has been developed specifically for CCE includes:

• Product Complaints Web Application that provides up to the minute consumer product complaints by sales volume for each product CCE sells.
• Safety Analysis Web Application that allows each facility to manage safety issues for each operator station on their bottling lines. Each facility can enter their own information from a pre-determined selection of hazards that are common across their operations. Managers can then efficiently manage upgrades or correct deficiencies and generate reports with the tool.
• Environmental Analysis Web Application that allows management and issues tracking on environmental issues.
