TRAINING SERVICES

Once the software or systems are installed, IO Solutions can train the people within your organization with any one or combination of several methods.

Option 1 Training via Internet/Phone Conferenceonline training

This option provides an affordable alternative to onsite or classroom training. With an Internet connection for “hands-on” activity along with coaching via a phone link, IO Solution’s trainer can effectively train your trainers or employees on the use of the installed applications or training. The benefit is no lost time traveling to a classroom facility or the cost to bring in a trainer to your facility. This option is charged on an hourly basis of $125 per hour plus any applicable voice conferencing.

Option 2 Onsite Training in your facility

This option provides for a trainer to travel to your facility to train “one-on-one” or in a classroom. While this is more expensive, some customers like this style of training better and TrainNow is glad to accommodate that preference. Travel costs are invoiced at cost, Travel time is charged at ½ rate, and training charged at $1200 per day with a minimum of 1 day.

Option 3 Training at our facility on Bainbridge Island, Washington

This option provides for your trainer or staff to train “one-on-one” in a facility on beautiful Bainbridge Island, Washington. Bainbridge Island is a 30-minute Ferry ride from Downtown Seattle.

While this is the most expensive if you have more than one person to train, some customers like to get away from their place of business during training sessions andIO Solutions is glad to accommodate that preference as well. If more than 1 day is required, or if your staff want to combine the training with a management retreat, TrainNow can assist with arrangements for overnight accommodations on the Island.

Training is charged at $1200 per day. TrainNow will provide transportation to and from the Ferry Terminal on Bainbridge Island. Refreshments will be provided at cost.
